Dominicus Americanus - Dominican Republic.  The Property is located 90 minutes from Santo Domingo, the capital and largest city in the Dominican Republic, and 20 minutes from Casa de Campo. The Property is located across the street from the Caribbean Sea and is highlighted by 70-foot changes in elevation. Bachaus Developments has completed a master plan for the development of the Property into a resort community to be utilized to create and support the development.
