Green Valley — Town of Clayton

The Company has acquired 150 acres of land in the Town of Clayton, Winnebago County on a land contract. This property will be developed into a subdivision with the first phase consisting of 47 single-family lots.  The price for the lots will average $37,000-$40,000.

Pleasant Creek — Town of Clayton

The Company entered into a land contract for the purchase of 80 acres of land in the Town of Clayton, Winnebago County. It is anticipated that the first phase will consist of 83 single-family lots.  Lot prices for these smaller lots will average approximately $30,000.

Tara Vista Estates — City of Milwaukee

In conjunction with a partner from Milwaukee, the Company acquired 22 acres of land in the city of Milwaukee. The parcel is located in the northwest portion of Milwaukee and is one of the few vacant parcels remaining in the city limits. The final plat has been approved and the infrastructure is currently being installed. The Subdivision consists of 39 lots, with lot prices ranging from $80,000 to $120,000. Recently, the Company sold its interest to its Milwaukee partner.

Rock Ridge Golf Course — Beloit, Wisconsin

In conjunction with a partner, the Company has acquired and will develop 625 acres of land in Beloit, Wisconsin. The first phase of this development will consist of 222 single-family lots, an 18-hole golf course with clubhouse, 15 acres of multi-family, 12 acres of commercial land and 35 acres of condominium land.
