Metzig Hills II

This subdivision is located in the Town of Clayton, Winnebago County, and consists of 49 country lots on 80 acres of land. Currently, one lot remains for sale. 


Strawberry Estates —Town of Clayton

The Company entered into a contract for the purchase of 71 acres of vacant land in the Town of Clayton, Winnebago County. This subdivision has 41 single-family lots. To date, 22 of the lots have been sold. Overall lot prices will average $50,000, with higher priced lots selling from $70,000-$85,000.


Greenwood Meadows —Town of Greenville

The Company acquired 33 acres of land in the Town of Greenville. The first phase, consisting of 19 lots has been sold out.  Approximately 17 acres remain for development.
