Westridge Estates

This subdivision is located in the middle of Westridge Golf Course in the Town of Clayton, Winnebago County. The subdivision was constructed at the same time as the Golf Course and consists of 17 large, upscale lots (minimum lot size is one acre). All of the lots have been sold.

The Ridges

This subdivision located in the Town of Clayton, Winnebago County. The subdivision was built on 80 acres and consists of 47 country lots (minimum lot size is one acre). Lots became available in 2001 and in less than two years, all lots were sold. The Ridges has turned into an upscale subdivision, with house values at the upper end of the local housing market.

Woodland Terrace

This property is located in the Town of Harrison, Calumet County, and consists of 70 lots built on 29 acres of land. Construction was begun in 2001, with lots ready for sale in July, 2002. Before the lots were ready, 65 of the 70 lots were under contract with builders and the remaining five were sold quickly. The lots are small and designed for the construction of starter homes.

Hidden Park

This subdivision consists of 25 mid to high range lots on 43 acres of land in the Town of Clayton, Winnebago County. Construction began in 2002 and all lots have been sold.

Hidden Park South

This is the second phase of the Hidden Park subdivision in the Town of Clayton and consists of 17 mid to high range country lots. The lots became available in late 2003 and all lots have been sold.
