Middle Island Country Club, Middle Island, New York

The Company has recently been hired to provide various services to the new owner of Middle Island Country Club, a 27-hole golf course and banquet facility located on Long Island. These services will include managing the course, renovating the course, converting the course from a 27-hole course to an 18-hole course, and developing the converted property into a 35-lot gated residential subdivision.

Pine Ridge Golf Course, Coram, Long Island, New York

In 2004 and 2005, the Company completed the construction of Pine Ridge Golf Course, an 18-hole course located in Coram, Long Island, New York. The course is part of Avalon Pines residential development, a large development owned by AvalonBay Companies, Inc. The course opened in late fall, 2005.


Westridge Golf Course, Neenah, Wisconsin

This 18-hole golf course was built by Don Bachaus and is currently owned by Westridge of the Fox Valley, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation owned by Don and Michelle Bachaus. The course was opened in the fall of 2000 and features bent grass tees, greens and fairways. While most golf courses in the area have experienced downtrends, Westridge has consistently increased revenue and rounds of golf.

Construction Project, Bridgewood Golf Course, Neenah, Wisconsin

The Company was responsible for all aspects of construction for conversion of 18-hole golf course to a 9-hole golf course as part of overall development of property by new owner. The project was started in 2002 and the course was re-opened in the fall of 2003.


Eagle Links Golf Course, Kaukauna, Wisconsin

Don Bachaus was the owner and developer of this 18-hole executive style golf course. The course was constructed in 1996 and included all aspects of design, construction and management of the course.


Autumn Ridge Golf Course, Valders, Wisconsin

In 1995, Don Bachaus was hired to assist in the construction of Autumn Ridge Golf Course in Valders. His duties included: construction of greens; consulting on design and installation of irrigation system; and grow-in of the golf course.


Irish Waters Golf Course, Freedom, Wisconsin

Don Bachaus was one of the thirteen initial owners of Irish Waters Golf Course in Freedom. Construction was commenced in 1993 and Mr. Bachaus was responsible for all aspects of construction and management of 18-hole golf course. His duties included arranging financing and budgeting; design of course; tee to green construction; irrigation design and installation; preparation and seeding; grow-in of new grass; and management of daily operations. In 1996, Mr. Bachaus sold his ownership interest to the other owners.


Cumayasa Golf Course, Dominican Republic

The Company constructed a 9-hole Championship Golf Course in Cumayasa, Dominican Republic. A Spanish company and a German company jointly own the property.  Discussions are underway with the owners of the property to provide additional construction services on the property.


Construction Project, West Bend, WI

In 2001, the Company completed the construction of a golf course in West Bend that had some of the rough grading done 5 years previously and not completed. The Company completed the rough grading, installed the irrigation system, constructed several ponds, shaped the tees, greens and sand traps, and seeded the course.
