Food & Beverage
Bachaus Developments works diligently to develop an fun and relaxing atmosphere and experience at every dining facility. Today’s golfers look for a wide variety in menu selections, in addition to traditional snack bar and grille. From fine dining to the snack shop or on-course service, we assure success by providing the golfer overall enjoyment from quality food and beverage products and outstanding service. It is all about the experience golfers have that determines success. Every facility goes through extensive planning to ensure operations are profitable and successful in both the restaurant and catering departments. We utilize innovative ideas in menu development specific to the location, focus on restaurant décor, and customer service to ensure success in operations. Based upon location and where it is appropriate we offer food service from breakfast to dinner, an extensive selection of domestic and foreign beer, wines and liquors, and even great cigars! By developing proper costing techniques and constantly analyzing inventory, we are able to reduce expenses ensuring profitability. Through proper hiring and extensive training our team members are well versed and provide outstanding service to customers in a variety of settings.

Agronomy
Our objective is to produce a standard of pleasurable golfing conditions comparable or better than clubs in a geographic area, keeping in mind an obligation to the facilities owners to control operational expenses. Our agronomical team will produce detailed plans including long-range, annual, weekly, and daily plans for which to guide the grounds maintenance practices. Long-range plans include aspects of design, irrigation programs, deep tine aerification, tree and shrubbery planting and removal, drainage work, bunker renovation and clubhouse landscaping. Annual plans ensure the utilization of labor and equipment and the proper scheduling of major work activities to be completed throughout the year. These projects take into consideration the anticipated club golfing activities. The annual plan includes work related to new construction. Some other activities scheduled on an annual basis include fertilization, pest control, turf cultivation, winter maintenance, bunkers, tree trimming, equipment repair, employee training and upkeep of the maintenance facilities. Weekly planning includes the scheduling projects of a non-recurring nature as to minimize the interruption of normal activities on greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers. Accomplishments and weather of the previous week influence the weekly plan. The daily day-to-day plan is established by the guidelines of the weekly plan and the preceding day.
